Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Connect Labs at labs.ltd. By signing in you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the brand you use it for.

The service

Connect Labs provides studios for creating images, emails and texts for your brand, and tools to send them through accounts you connect. Features may change as we improve the product, and some are offered in early access.

Your account

You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity under your account. Brand admins decide who on their team has access. Tell us right away if you think your account has been misused.

Your content

You keep all rights to the content you upload and create. You give us permission to store, process and display it only to run the service for you. You confirm you have the rights to what you upload, including any people, logos or images in reference material, and that what you send complies with the law — including email and texting consent rules such as CAN-SPAM and the TCPA.

AI-generated content

Images and copy are generated with AI. Review everything before you publish or send it; you are responsible for what goes out under your brand. Generated content may not be unique and may contain mistakes.

Connected accounts

When you connect Klaviyo, Shopify, Google or Meta, your use of those services is also governed by their terms. We only act in them when you ask us to — for example, a campaign is sent only after you confirm it.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Connect Labs to break the law, infringe others’ rights, impersonate a person or brand, send spam, or attempt to access another brand’s data.

Fees

Connect Labs is free to start. You pay only for usage — the images, emails and texts you generate — at the rates shown before you are charged. There are no seat fees or minimum terms.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending

You can stop using Connect Labs at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. See the Privacy Policy for how data is deleted.
